We build resilient athletes, resilient people and high performing teams.
Whether you are training for a race or running a team, it is stress on the body either way, and it has to be accounted for. That is what the system does.

HYROX, hybrid and endurance. One program, everyone on it together, the day set each morning by what your body can take.

The same system inside a company. Your people get a coach and a daily read, you get burnout caught weeks early.
For your company ›
Your program written for you, week by week, built around your life and your race. Capped, and currently full.
Ask about the next spot ›Hard training only works if you keep showing up. Burnout is what stops that, and it never announces itself.
Every morning we read your wearable data and how you actually feel.
Against the work you have just done, and the work that is still coming this week.
Some days that means more. Most days it means the session you can actually recover from.
Four stripes in the HPP mark, four things you do every week. Each one lights up when it is done, and they all reset on Monday. Light all four and you have earned your stripes.

Two free tools. Both yours in about a minute.

Ten years ago my appendix burst. A month in hospital, stomach cut open, lying there thinking I was going to die. I had never cared about my body before that. I have not stopped since.
At twenty I spent my life savings on a gym in my mum's garage and coached out of it for two years. Then some of the best gyms in Sydney, eight years of endurance training, and a long obsession with the nervous system, because that is the thing deciding whether today's session makes you better or just makes you tired.
The hardest lesson came from my own training. More than once I burned myself out, convinced I was getting fitter right up until I crashed, got sick and lost weeks. That is why we built the HPP system.
For people who already work hard, burnout is not a motivation problem and it is not a discipline problem. It is a system problem. You need a plan that knows what you can take today.
In 2026 I went all in on HPP and built that plan into something anyone can run. 1:10:38 to 1:00:48, on the same program the Team is on.
I am not writing this from the sideline. I am on the same program and the same system the Team is on, doing the same sessions in the same week as you.

HYROX Pro athlete and a coach for ten years. Jackson races the same events he programs for, most recently HYROX Sydney in Pro Solo, and he is still chasing a sub 60 finish while coaching full time.
He writes every block himself, across every program HPP offers, for every athlete on the programming. Executives and CEOs across Sydney, and HYROX athletes racing overseas. He also co-hosts the TrainHybrd podcast, 120,000+ downloads and counting.
Performance is a system. Find what is fighting itself, fix that first.

A decade working with CEOs, founders and senior teams. Former Head of Relationship Management at a private members club in Sydney, and a personal trainer before that, so she knows the training floor as well as the boardroom.
Rhianna runs the corporate side of HPP, onboards every new athlete, and is the one who answers when you write in. If something in your week is not working, she hears it first.
Jackson reads the body. Rhianna reads the person.
You give us one number each morning, recovery % from your wearable, or just how you feel. 75%+ is green: train as planned. 55 to 74% is amber: hold steady or swap to a lighter session. Under 55% is red: we pull you back before your body does it for you. One low morning never changes the block, the trend does.
No. If you wear one, a WHOOP, Garmin, Apple Watch or anything else, it adds to your morning check-in. The system works just as well on an honest self rating, and plenty of athletes run the whole program on feel.
Programming in your portal, written by Jackson for the Team and rebuilt every three weeks with a block video. You pick 1, 2 or 3 sessions a day: Core, Core + Build, or Core + Build + Extra. Every session has sets, zones off your own max heart rate, and a place to log it. Daily readiness, trends, the Friday reflection with a coach note back, the team feed and the leaderboard are all part of it.
The four slashes in the HPP mark, and four things you do every week: train, check in, reflect, and back someone else. Each stripe lights up in the app when its job is done, and they reset every Monday. Light all four and you have earned your stripes for the week. The last one, backing your teammates, matters as much as the other three.
Your first 7 days are free. After that it is $29.99 a week, billed weekly. We take your card up front and charge nothing until the trial ends, so cancelling inside the 7 days costs you nothing. Cancel any time from your profile. No lock-in. If you stop, your data stays yours.
Yes. Your first two weeks run one step easier on purpose, and you choose 1, 2 or 3 sessions a day, so you can start on one. Sessions are time based, so they scale to you: you do the time, your output is your number. The leaderboard scores consistency, not how fit you already are.
A commercial gym is the best fit. The sessions use running, a rower, SkiErg and bike, a sled, dumbbells or kettlebells, a sandbag and a wall ball. Missing something? Post in the Team feed and Jackson will give you the swap.
No. The program is built for hybrid fitness: running, strength and work capacity. Athletes who have a race get an automatic taper for it. Everyone else gets the same training without the taper. The method works either way.
The program bends. Red days offer a lighter swap, the readiness engine keeps you honest, and you can log a partial session so the volume you did do still counts. Missing a week doesn't mean starting over.
Your team is onboarded and scored individually, each person gets a personalised plan, wearables sync their recovery automatically, and there's a monthly in-person workshop. You get a quarterly report showing exactly what changed, compliance, scores, trends.
Any time there's a spot. 1:2:1 is capped at 40 athletes so every one of them gets a coach who actually knows them. Apply from this page, your data comes with you, it's one system.
